Tian Junfeng

Tian Junfeng worked as a patent examiner at the State Intellectual Property Office from 1996 for eight years. During this period, he examined a large number of patent applications in the mechanical field and was sent to the European Patent Office to study patent examination and patent searching. Prior to joining the State Intellectual Property Office, he worked as an engineer in the engineering and technical department of Shougang Corporation.
Since 2004, Tian Junfeng has been working at well-known intellectual property agencies. As a patent attorney, he is highly familiar with Chinese patent law and has accumulated extensive experience in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, precision instruments, and semiconductors. He has been actively involved in patent prosecution and litigation, drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications, and successfully handled a number of legally and technically complex cases, including patent applications, patent searches, patent invalidation, and patent infringement disputes, such as the Motorola mobile phone infringement case. He also provides legal advice on intellectual property matters to both domestic and international clients.
